Healing ARTS Veterinary Center will be hosting its 4th Annual Halloween Party and Pet Costume Contest on October 30th, 2010. The event will be held from 5pm to 7pm and will take place at 2216 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. in West Palm Beach.  

The entry fee is $5 per person, which includes one raffle ticket, entry for your pet into the contest and free food and beverages. Children are admitted free of charge. Awards will be given for the top three costumes and other prizes will be raffled. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase. 

John Bull English Pub and Manzo's Italian Deli will cater the party. The Top Room Studio will offer professional portrait packages for your pet and family. Please call us in advance to schedule your portrait sitting. 

All proceeds from this event will go to benefit the Caesar Memorial Cancer Treatment Fund, which helps pet owners struggling with the costly treatment of pets that have been diagnosed with cancer. Last year this event drew almost 150 people, including West Palm Beach Mayor Lois Frankel.

We had 45 contestants and Mayor Lois Frankel stopped by to see the terrific costumes. 

 
Professional Pet Portraits were done by Family Photo/Top Room, who will be returning on November 4th for Holiday Portraits.

Come meet with industry representatives and discuss such things as homeopathic and prescription calming aids for your pets, parasite control, and benefits of wellness testing.  We will also have raffles for gift baskets full of pet products and certificates for free products and wellness blood tests. Our staff behaviorist, Lin Williams, will be discussing how to desensitize your pet to thunderstorm noise, the importance of crate training for emergencies and much more!

Also, for this special event only, we will be offering HomeAgain Pet Recovery Microchips at the discounted price of $30.  This fee includes:
